Kitchen Mold Cleanup

A homeowner in Topanga, CA called SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch after a water loss 2 weeks before damaged the home. SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch began removing the base in the kitchen pantry and found visible mold growth. We set-up containment and placed a dehumidifier to stabilize the environment and to dry the materials. Next, SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch removed all of the drywall affected by mold growth, HEPA vacuumed and wire brushed the wood framing. We applied an antimicrobial solution and detail cleaned the entire area. Now that the space was dry and clean, the homeowner could have her contractor complete the work!
