School Mold Clean Up

A facilities director at a school in Santa Clarita, CA called SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch after a wind driven and ongoing leak in a mechanical room and elevator shaft caused mold growth. We began the mechanical room remediation by setting up a zipper containment door and followed by cutting out all of the drywall with mold damage.  After disposing of the debris, SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch applied disinfectant to all of the remaining materials and HEPA vacuumed the entire area. We completed the work by detail-cleaning the entire area. The school was very pleased SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch was able to remediate the mold so quickly and safely!
