Toilet overflow damage

A Stevenson Ranch, CA family noticed water dripping from a garage ceiling upon arriving home and soon found an upstairs overflowing toilet had spread gallons of water throughout the bathroom, bedroom and through the flooring into the garage. The family called SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch who immediately dispatched a team to begin extracting excess water. The water had seeped into the cabinets and walls so we placed drying fans and humidifiers to begin the drying process. Once the materials were dry, SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson began removing materials that had irreparable damage and completed the process by sanitizing and cleaning all affected areas. The family was shocked at how quickly they could begin working with a contractor to complete the rebuilding of their home and personally thanked our team as the job was completed!
