Leak water damage

A homeowner in Woodland Hills, CA contacted SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch when he noticed water damage to his kitchen cabinets and flooring. SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch found that the entire cabinet and flooring was affected and set up dehumidifiers to stabilize the environment and prevent secondary damage. After finding mold as a result of this ongoing leak, we set up containment in order to prevent cross contamination during demolition. SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch removed the damaged cabinets and the drywall behind. We HEPA vacuumed and detail cleaned the area and applied an antimicrobial solution.
